Plug-hole Integral Drill Steel is widely used in stone pit field to drill small holes. Because of the integration of the drilling rods and drilling bits, it can be matched directly with rock drills without shank adapter or coupling sleeve, these advantages avoid the wastage of energy, and improve the drilling efficiency remarkably.
In order to adapter to different rock conditions,the drill rod is selected by users.Integral drill rod, another name called integral drill steels, integral rods are used by hand held rock drill in granite and marble quarries, underground mining, for small blasting hole drilling shank H22*108 mm, H19*108 mm, and standard hex. Bit diameters include 20-42 mm,different lengths are available from 400 mm to 6000 mm usually.
It can reduces the expense of impact energy, improves the drilling speed and efficiency, also it can be used for drilling bore hole diameter from 20 mm to 42 mm usually. Each rods use premium quality alloy steel and excellent quality tungsten carbide to assure.
